Discussion series on cartels continue
📢 The Central European Lawyers Initiative and the Gazdasági Versenyhivatal have continued their series of discussions. The focus was again on cartels. After Zoltan Marosi‘s opening presentation, panel members explored the lessons learned from recent court decisions.
👉 In the panel moderated by Martin Csirszki, Andras Toth, Zoltan Barakonyi, László Kovács and Péter Virág discussed the controversial issues of de facto control of undertakings within the context of cartel agreements, the relationship between the procedural time limit and the imposition of fines, and the exclusion of cartelists from public procurement procedures.
