🔊 The Central European Lawyers Initiative, in cooperation with the Gazdasági Versenyhivatal, held today a panel discussion on the latest developments of Hungarian cartel enforcement. 👇
👉 A great variety of topics were touched upon, such as leniency withdrawal and the obligation of cooperation, the Hungarian judicial interpretation of single and continuous infringements, by-object and by-effect anti-competitive agreements in the labour market, the allocation of jointly and severally imposed fines on cartel participants etc.
👉 The keynote was presented by Dávid Kuritár, Member of the Competition Council. The panel was moderated by Andras Toth, Chairman of the Competition Council, and included leading scholars and practitioners in the antitrust law community, namely Gábor Fejes, Attila Komives, Pál Szilágyi and Mark Panczel.
